End-to-End Validation Checklist¶

Use this after a new installation or before a study.

Install and boot¶

• [ ] Backend services start successfully
• [ ] Dashboard opens successfully
• [ ] First admin account can be created or existing users can sign in

Unity integration¶

• [ ] Unity package installs correctly
• [ ] XRXPConfig is configured with the right endpoints and token
• [ ] A test session starts and stops cleanly

Historical data¶

• [ ] The session appears in /sessions
• [ ] Event logs are visible
• [ ] CSV export works if needed

Live operations¶

• [ ] Device appears in /controller
• [ ] Scene or instruction dispatch works
• [ ] Exchange status appears in /controller/exchange when configured

Durability¶

• [ ] Local storage remains enabled on the device
• [ ] Server queues stay healthy during the test
