Dashboard Troubleshooting

Cannot sign in

Check:

  • the API is reachable
  • the installation already completed first-run setup
  • the account has been approved if approval is required

No sessions appear

Check:

  • the API is running
  • the database contains data
  • the Unity app used the correct experiment and token

Device is missing from live pages

Check:

  • the WebSocket service is reachable
  • the Unity client is connected
  • the device is still online

Exchange page is empty

Check:

  • the device registered a modality
  • the device sent status values
  • the dashboard WebSocket connection is live
