Dashboard Troubleshooting¶
Cannot sign in¶
Check:
- the API is reachable
- the installation already completed first-run setup
- the account has been approved if approval is required
No sessions appear¶
Check:
- the API is running
- the database contains data
- the Unity app used the correct experiment and token
Device is missing from live pages¶
Check:
- the WebSocket service is reachable
- the Unity client is connected
- the device is still online
Exchange page is empty¶
Check:
- the device registered a modality
- the device sent status values
- the dashboard WebSocket connection is live
